At 6AM Health, our company mission has always been to help people lead healthy lifestyles by making delicious, fresh, and nutritious food convenient, affordable, and accessible to all. We have always believed that our Fresh Fridge model of providing chef-prepared, delicious meals and snacks on-demand in the workplace has made it easier for people to create healthy habits.

COVID-19 has drastically changed the world we live in. The past few months have been challenging and difficult for everybody. As we transition back into public life, re-entering the workplace will provide a new set of obstacles. Because of this virus, the way people obtain their food has changed. The world has new rules, and we need to play by them. The good news is that we have learned a lot about how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we have implemented some changes and taken new measures to allow us to continue providing healthy food in a safe, convenient, and accessible manner.
